Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Please note that items marked as final sale, gift cards, and downloadable products cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a FedEx return label using our account.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  3. Reach out to your bank—processing delays are common

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at [insert your email address] and we’ll guide you through the process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, a digital gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
